Twitter’s Down. I’m Besides Myself.

I never, ever, never, never, ever thought I’d say those words. But I find lately there are days that I get into a groove… needless to say, an addictive groove, and poof… suddenly twitter starts to slow down, then the dreaded “Something is technically wrong” picture, which has the nerve to say “Thanks for noticing” Thanks for noticing? What the hell is that supposed to mean? Seriously!
Furthermore, the picture. The picture! I get the “bird” (tweet, tweet) I get what I now see is a bomb, not a broken christmas ornament and I guess clouds are well clouds… but what’s with the guy? Is that who we are supposed to believe is fixing twitter as we refresh & refresh? And how do these all tie into each other?
So, yes, twitter, you’re very welcome that I’ve “noticed” twitter’s down and that I see this very annoying picture which really pisses me off… on multiple levels that even I can’t explain.
I’m not well.

Freaky!! I hate when I lose my twitter!! Usually some kind gentleman finds it for me though…
ReplyOh Michelle, Twitter has got your panties in a bunch. I agree this is not normal reactive behavior to the temporary loss of a social networking site. My diagnosis:
1. OCD behavior with manic features.
2. Specified Anxiety related to Twitter, otherwise known as Twitterphrenia.
These are serious issues that can and should be addressed by means of, total twitter withdawal for a fixed period of time followed by strong psychotropic meds. for the withdawal symptoms which I hear are far worse than Heroine and Crack combined. See a professional. Side effects may vary.
